Delete Your Account

In the app

• VettriRides app: Profile → Delete Account.
• Captain app: menu → Delete Account.
• Confirm, and your account is deleted straight away and you are logged out.

Without the app

Email support@vettribus.com.in from any address, giving your registered mobile number, or call +91 99445 44992. We will verify that the number is yours (with an OTP) and delete the account within 7 days.

Before you delete

• Finish, pay for or cancel any ride or booking in progress.
• Drivers: your earnings balance must be settled first; contact support to receive any amount due.

What is deleted, and what is kept

• Deleted: your name, mobile number and email, saved places, notification settings, and for drivers your documents, Aadhaar and verification data, vehicle and payout details.
• Kept, but no longer linked to you: records of past trips, payments and payouts, which tax, accounting and transport laws require us to keep.

You can sign up again later with the same mobile number; it will be a new account.
